Modified material included ROADMAP, Dashboard, Firestore indexes/rules, define-route, the EA registry snapshot, schema, tabs, and vercel.json. ActivityLogTab was deleted; Activity API/UI/library/tests, .claude, and planning documents were untracked. Gateway, rules, schema, navigation, schedules, Activity, and roadmap findings cannot be attributed wholesale to HEAD.
